Today is my family’s own personal and special holiday – “Scituate Day.” It marks the anniversary of the day we finally moved to town.
It’s also World Photography Day. Coincidence? My husband says not!
In any case, we went out for dinner down in the harbor and enjoyed the summer night. It was our good fortune to come across the Satuit Band in concert at the Morrill Bandstand on Cole Parkway – what could be more Scituate than that? As we wandered up, they played “Charlie on the MTA” and the crowd sang along and laughed together.
Happy Friday, everyone!
