Today was the Humarock Horribles parade – and what a fun parade it was! This float from the Magical Moon Foundation was one of my favorites.
The Parade of Horribles is a a long-standing tradition in New England. As you can see from my photos, some participants take the ‘horrible’ more seriously than others:

Looks like so much fun. They used to do one in Andover when I was growing up. We’ll have to go next year.

I grew up on the North Shore and the horribles parade was on the Fourth of July. I need to go back there some day to see it again. It was always a lot of fun when I was a kid.
