The first of my three finalists was chosen for providing the best representation of Scituate. This photo was taken at the Annual Town Meeting in April; townspeople gathered in the high school gymnasium to debate and decide how best to run the town. You can’t get much more small town New England than this, and I love looking into the crowd and picking out familiar faces… thanks to everyone who makes time for meetings like this one and who help make Scituate the wonderful place it is.
