It’s the first day of the month, and in the worldwide City Daily Photo community that means it’s Theme Day. The theme for February 2012 is “Animals.”
But wait, you think, where are the animals? It’s just an afternoon sky splashed with clouds and sunlight.
But my daughter and I spotted an alligator, a rabbit, a cat crouched down ready to pounce, a lumpy camel and a unicorn. We argued about the presence of a manatee, and I could not convince her that a carp was leaping over a stone.
