With the turning of the seasons, the beach becomes another creature. It sheds its summer coat of colorful beach towels and flexes free of sand pails and sunshades. More monochromatic yet somehow more in focus, the fall beach stands apart. Solitary but not lonely. There’s more room to breathe.
