There’s a lonely bench in an empty field and the world is hushed with snow.
There’s a quiet trail we can walk down together, just us and no one else.
Who knows what small treasures we might find, what little jewels will reveal themselves, if only we take the time to open our eyes and see the world made new?
I’m doing a little spring cleaning in anticipation of the sunshine and warmth that is inching ever closer… I’ll be going through my archives and sharing photos that didn’t make it onto the blog when they were originally taken. The monochromatic theme will continue through these last days of winter, so we can greet the first day of spring with a return to glorious color.

How about if I just look at these wintry photos on my computer screen and YOU do the walking out in the cold?
It’s a deal, Jack! Just bring all the warm weather back from the sunshine state, would you? 😉
Gorgeous images! x
Thanks, Danielle!
Beautiful as this is you remind me that I’m glad we’ve not had snow this year!
We had so very little of it – and then, whoosh, it all came at once. I’m done with snow and winter!
