This picture looks more like an late autumn scene with the setting sun turning the trees so red – but it was taken just the other day, January 3rd. This is the football field at Scituate High School – the fifty yard line looks pristine.. and lonely.

It really does look like Autumn. Great shot. I love the sun on those trees. Their field is also very impressive. Field turf? It can’t be grass.
