   Peg, you are correct – this is in the forest, not far from the entrance at Rt. 3A. A boy scout cleared the paths, created signs, blazed a trail and even put a log bridge across a stream in there.

   Anon, nope – the trails off Bates Rd run through a variety of conservation areas and do in fact come fairly close to the gun club, but this trail is not one of those.
