I don’t know where it is — maybe Mystic? — but I am guessing that it has something to do with the Amistead trial.
Amistead came to my mind as well . . . is that Scituate Light? You’ll have to shed some more light on this mystery for me, Ali.
It’s part of the sculpture in front of Town Hall – depicts Chief Justice William Cushing freeing the slaves in Massachusetts.
