2011 Photo of the Year: Winter

And the last of my three finalists is a winter shot, taken on January 26, 2011. This photo is so quintessentially New England to me – the red of the berry against the white of the snow, the burst of color in the midst of bleak winter.

I hope you enjoy these three photos… it was astonishingly hard to narrow it down! Thank you for the gift of your presence, for your kind comments and your shared love of this wonderful, beautiful place.
