These large question marks adorn the telephone pole at Itchy’s Corner, where I’m sure they are confusing anyone who’s traveling between the bordering towns of Norwell and Cohasset without going down Clapp Road in Scituate. There’s an explanatory sign at the Mr. Hope Improvement Society Building –
