I’m sorry, but there was no way I could resist this one and those of you who know me know why.
You see, there’s a certain amount of, um, fandom in my house for a certain scifi niche. Yes, we are fan of the Wars. In fact, we have an entire room full of Star Wars toys, memorabilia, action figures, posters, bobbleheads, pez dispensers and the like. It’s that serious.
So there was no way I was going to dash into the Village Market in Scituate Harbor for some half-and-half, spy this little droid full of ice tea and not photograph him. Hey, the first time I saw Star Wars it was in Scituate Harbor!
I love it! I would have taken a picture too 🙂
That was where I first saw Star Wars, too. I miss the Playhouse. For some reason I don’t miss Star Wars.
On the bright side, Ed – the new movie theater doesn’t smell as bad as the Playhouse did towards the end of its run!
