P is for Peggotty! This photo of Peggotty Beach was taken at about 11:00 am on Tuesday, the day after Sandy. Those who know this beach will see that the water is waaaaay the heck up and that the surf is still pretty ornery.

Great shot! I must have just missed you, as I was there about an hour after you took this shot. Very glad the damage was minimal for all of you in Scituate.

Water is a powerful thing. Love this shot of the beach. Lake Ontario has actually been down from our hot and dry summer, so we need the extra rain. I just don’t like it. 🙁
I understand Sandy hit at the height of high tides. Those water views must be wonderful but I’m guessing it can be entirely too close for comfort. I hope things are calming down at your end of world.
