Not quite the glorious return to color I was hoping for – but under the snow, the flowers grow… don’t they?

Ugh! I know Mother Nature doesn’t abide by a calendar, but sometimes enough is enough when it comes to winter. We’re still having frost here and the snow has crept down to lower elevations, but at least we have some flowers, leaves, and blossoms showing their faces. And I’m not ashamed to admit how starved I am for that color!
I just need a bit of color and even the faintest hint of a warm breeze to tide me over…!
