Thank you, whoever you are, for decorating these trees out on the Driftway – it wouldn’t feel quite as merry and bright without them.

Nice image, Ali. The snow is wonderful to look at (but nice to avoid in person!) and showing a rich blue ornament instead of the usual red and gold is quite lovely. I go up to Connecticut for 12 days tomorrow. It will be good to see my son and other friends, and it does feel more Christmas-y up there, but I will miss the boring perfect days down here in southwest Florida.
